The Double Ratamacue is an extension of the Single Ratamacue.  A single drag is played before the drag attached to the triplet, instead of playing only one drag like in the Single Ratamacue.  Execution of this rudiment is dependant on the players ability to control their interpretation of the drags, as they should be played with consistent spacing and velocity.  It is less common in traditional American drumming, and can usually be found as a part of a larger phrase as opposed to a singular idea.

The double ratamacue is closely related to the single with the addition of one more drag. This drag is placed at the start of the rudiment which then goes into a normal ratamacue. Like with the drag itself, this can be played either open of closed. Usually seen amongst studies and solos at the RMSoM.
